Education : ITI, DME
Experience : 2-5 Years in Manufacturing, Heavy fabrication, SPM Domain
Age : 25 to 35 years.
Skills : MS office, Autocad
Language : Marathi, Hindi, for verbal communication.
: English for written communication
Responsibilities-
Ø Responsible for shop floor management.
Ø Responsible for Manpower Planning.
Ø To train new operators.
Ø To maintain a proper ratio of trained & untrained employees.
Ø To maintain safe working practices as per standard.
Ø Motivate the team to demonstrate high performance.
Ø Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
Ø Informing a production team to preferred occupational health & Safety Practice.
Ø Regularly checking the machinery & check points to ensure safe & efficient work flow.
Ø Compiling reports about production & providing management with updates.
Ø Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment.
Ø Ensure all resources & assets are used efficiently & correctly.
Ø To read drawings.
Ø Knowledge of manufacturing processes like material layout, cutting, fitting, welding, marking, drilling tapping, finishing, painting, sub-assemblies, final assembly of equipment.
Authorities-
Ø Authority to hire subordinates.
Ø Authority to sanction leaves of subordinates.
Ø Authority to issue material
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
