The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels based on engineering drawings and schematics. If you have a strong understanding of electrical safety and hands-on experience with control panels, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Assemble electrical control panels, switchgears, and distribution boards. Mount components such as PLCs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and transformers. Route, cut, strip, crimp, and connect wires accurately according to specifications. Perform point-to-point wiring checks and assist in testing completed panels. Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following all industry safety standards. Identify and troubleshoot minor wiring or component issues during assembly. Qualifications & Skills Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. Experience: Minimum [3] years of hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring. Strong knowledge of electrical components and color-coding standards. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and wire measuring/testing equipment (multimeters, crimping tools, etc.). High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
