Role Overview
We’re looking for a sponsorship manager who can drive revenue through strategic brand partnerships. This role involves identifying, pitching, negotiating, and managing sponsorship deals across our media properties. You’ll play a key role in monetising content while ensuring brand alignment and long-term partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new sponsors and brand partners across content formats (podcasts, videos, social media, events)
- Develop and pitch customized sponsorship proposals aligned with brand objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
- Negotiate sponsorship deals, contracts, and pricing structures
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to execute campaigns seamlessly
- Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reports to sponsors
- Explore innovative monetization opportunities and revenue streams
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor partnerships, and industry benchmarks
- Requirements 4-5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, media sales, or business development
- Strong network with brands, agencies, or media buyers is required.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand brand needs and translate them into compelling media solutions
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with revenue goals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,970.70 - ₹80,000.00 per month
