Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their enquiries, provide product information, handle orders, and ensure a positive shopping experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-store interactions.
- Process customer orders, payments, exchanges, and returns.
- Follow up on orders and coordinate with delivery teams when required.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information.
- Assist with product displays, stock checking, and general store activities.
- Maintain good knowledge of products, offers, prices, and promotions.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
