Job Role
The IT Manager is responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, software, network, security, and technical support operations. The role ensures smooth technology operations and supports business growth through effective IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations and technical support activities.
- Maintain servers, computers, networks, printers, and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Handle ERP, software, and business application support.
- Ensure data security, backups, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and AMC services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Plan and implement IT upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and compliance records.
- Support employees with technical issues and training.
- Monitor internet, firewall, CCTV, and office connectivity systems.
- Lead IT projects and manage implementation timelines.
- Prepare IT budgets and control technology expenses.
- Ensure disaster recovery and backup procedures are in place.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of ERP/IT management experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
