We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Growth & Sales Manager for Eclipse Wellbeing Hub, a yoga and wellness studio in Mumbai. We are looking for a highly energetic, target-driven and self-motivated professional to lead business development and sales for Eclipse Wellbeing Hub. This is a hands-on role that combines B2C and B2B sales, local community outreach, strategic partnerships and field marketing.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable making tele-sales calls, converting walk-ins, visiting corporate offices, meeting housing society committees, building local partnerships and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Membership Sales (B2C)
- Convert enquiries into memberships through effective consultation and follow-up.
- Conduct telecalling and WhatsApp follow-ups for new leads, trial members and inactive members.
- Achieve monthly membership sales and renewal targets.
- Upsell workshops, retreats and wellness programmes.
Business Development (B2B)
- Generate corporate wellness opportunities.
- Build partnerships with companies, schools, colleges, clubs and gymkhanas.
- Pitch corporate wellness programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop referral networks with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists and allied wellness professionals.
Community & Field Sales
- Visit premium residential societies and apartment complexes.
- Build relationships with society committees and resident associations.
- Organise wellness talks, demo sessions and community activations.
- Identify opportunities for local collaborations and promotional events.
- Represent Eclipse at networking and community events.
Partnerships
- Develop collaborations with cafés, salons, fitness centres, co-working spaces, boutique hotels and local businesses.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial promotional partnerships.
- Track partnership performance and ROI.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track leads, conversions and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development or community partnerships.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, healthcare or premium lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling as well as field sales.
- Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented.
- Passion for health, wellness and building communities.
Working Hours:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
