Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Lead Management & Tele Calling Specialist to work remotely. In this role, you will be managing, nurturing, and qualifying high-quality inbound interest and pre-screened leads. You will be the crucial bridge between initial customer curiosity and a successful property viewing.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead Nurturing & Engagement: Call high-potential leads who have expressed interest in our luxury projects. Establish immediate rapport and understand their real estate requirements.
- Information Delivery: Provide accurate, comprehensive, and compelling information regarding project specifications, pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
- Appointment Scheduling: Successfully coordinate and schedule site visits, virtual tours, and face-to-face meetings between prospective buyers and our on-ground sales closing team.
- CRM Management: Diligently update and maintain customer profiles, interaction histories, and lead statuses in our CRM software to ensure zero lead leakage.
- Pipeline Follow-ups: Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline with warm leads, ensuring timely communication without being intrusive.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, helping to refine targeting and campaign messaging.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on current project statuses, price revisions, and basic competitor offerings to handle client queries confidently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer relationship management (experience in Real Estate, Luxury Goods, or Premium Banking is highly preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak with premium, high-net-worth clients with polish, confidence, and empathy.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or LeadSquared), cloud calling software, and basic office tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Remote Setup: Must have a quiet, distraction-free dedicated workspace at home, a high-speed internet connection, and a reliable laptop/computer with a good quality headset.
- Traits: Highly organized, self-motivated (thrives without micromanagement), resilient, and goal-oriented.
