Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions across LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions based on defined hiring criteria
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update a candidate tracker / ATS spreadsheet with current status for all open roles
- Send interview invitations, follow-up emails, and offer letters to selected candidates
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare and send onboarding, welcome emails, and first-day schedules for new joiners
- Assist in collecting and organizing new hire documentation (KYC, agreements, bank details)
- Coordinate with IT and operations to ensure new joiners have required access and tools from Day 1
- Support the exit interview process and collect feedback from departing team members
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and leave management trackers
- Help draft, organize, and manage HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Assist in preparing monthly HR reports covering headcount, hiring pipeline, and attrition
- Coordinate team meetings, HR reviews, and company-wide announcements
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support the planning and execution of team events, virtual meets, recognition programs, and birthday shoutouts
- Collect regular feedback from team members through surveys and 1:1 check-ins
- Assist in building and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
- Help identify and propose initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
