Key Responsibilities:
● Demonstrate strong situational understanding to interpret customer concerns swiftly and provide strategic, well-aligned solutions that support overall customer retention.
● Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication, ownership, and effective issue resolution.
● Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and technology teams to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or high-impact cases.
● Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of interactions, trends, and insights to strengthen support excellence, and create SOPs using the same across the verticals of the organization.
● Proactively identify recurring themes from customer interactions and recommend improvements to elevate products, services, customer experience, and long-term customer retention.
Key Skills & Requirements:
● 5 to 9 years of experience in customer support roles.
● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups.
● Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and offer constructive resolutions.
● Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
● Notice: 0 to 30 days of notice period
● Work Location: Neelankarai ECR, Chennai. Work from office only
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
