We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join our team. Your primary role will be to bridge the gap between initial interest and a closed deal by qualifying technical leads through cold calling and digital chat platforms.
You won’t just be reading a script; you will be engaging with technical personas to understand their needs and determine if they are a fit for our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls to prospective technical leads to introduce our services/products.
- Lead Qualification: Ask the right technical questions to "qualify" leads before passing them to the closing team.
- Omnichannel Chat: Manage incoming inquiries and outbound messages via chat (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or website) to nurture leads.
- Database Management: Keep track of lead status and notes in our CRM/tracking system.
Candidate Criteria
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical jargon and explain product value propositions clearly.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (and any relevant local languages) with a confident, professional phone manner.
- Resilience: High energy for cold calling and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Writing Skills: Ability to type professional, concise, and engaging messages in chat.
