Job Summary
Delhi Core and Lamination Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a disciplined, confident, and experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be strict when required, and have proven experience in handling labour, managing production activities, inventory, and dispatch operations. The candidate should be capable of maintaining discipline on the shop floor while ensuring smooth production and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and shop floor activities.
- Handle and manage factory labour efficiently while maintaining discipline.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Maintain strict quality and safety standards within the production area.
- Manage raw material inventory and finished goods stock.
- Handle inward and outward material entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper stock records and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations and report any maintenance issues.
- Prepare daily production and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow across departments.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and labour management skills.
- Confident personality with excellent decision-making ability.
- Hard-spoken when required and capable of maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
- Experience in handling factory workers and production teams.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and material movement.
- Understanding of inward and outward processes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong and disciplined personality.
- Experienced in handling 20+ factory workers.
- Able to take ownership of complete shop floor operations.
- Responsible, punctual, and result-oriented.
