Billing Engineer – Civil

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer – Civil with strong knowledge of civil construction billing, quantity measurement, BOQ, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for billing activities, quantity verification, contractor coordination, and project cost documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, and Contractor Bills.
- Carry out quantity measurements as per drawings and site execution.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, Quantity Sheets, and Billing Statements.
- Verify contractor measurements and completed work at site.
- Handle Extra Items, Deviation Statements, and Rate Analysis.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and site teams.
- Assist in Material Reconciliation and Quantity Tracking.
- Maintain billing records, supporting documents, and reports.
- Ensure billing as per BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
- Support project teams in cost monitoring and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction billing.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Billing & Quantity Surveying.
- Good understanding of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Rate Analysis.
- Ability to read and understand Civil Drawings & Specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in Building / Industrial Construction Projects will be preferred.
