Position Title: Admin Executive

Reports To: HR Manager / Operations Head
Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors and service providers, maintaining office supplies, supporting HR and finance departments, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
- Manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate procurement and maintain stock levels.
- Liaise with vendors for office equipment, printing, courier services, and facility management.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office infrastructure (ACs, printers, IT equipment, etc.).
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and company functions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and courier deliveries.
- Support HR with onboarding processes such as ID cards, seating arrangements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain necessary documentation.
- Process utility bills and coordinate with the finance team for payments and record-keeping.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Additional certification in Office Management or Administration is a plus
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or office management roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
