Job Summary
TGC Animation & Multimedia is looking for a confident and result-oriented Course Counselor for its Faridabad centre. The candidate will guide students and parents regarding career-oriented courses in Animation, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Video Editing, VFX, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Data Analytics and other creative and technology fields.
The role includes handling enquiries, counselling students, managing follow-ups, supporting admissions and assisting with day-to-day centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website leads and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ education, interests and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses based on the student’s profile.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batch timings, career options and placement support.
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records, counselling notes and follow-up status in the CRM or reporting system.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding batches, demo classes and student requirements.
- Support fee collection, documentation and admission formalities.
- Assist in local marketing, school and college outreach, seminars and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students regarding classes, attendance and centre updates.
- Prepare daily and monthly enquiry, follow-up and admission reports.
- Support the Centre Manager in routine administrative and operational work.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, admission counselling, telesales or student support.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good spoken Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with calling, counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to work with admission targets.
- Presentable, confident and student-friendly personality.
- Candidates living in or near Faridabad will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in animation, multimedia, IT training, coaching institutes, colleges, edtech or vocational education will be preferred.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Six working days per week.
- Weekend availability may be required based on counselling and admission schedules.
