WE ARE HIRING – SCHOOL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Exceed School – Puppalguda, Hyderabad
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Admissions Executive to join our team and drive new student admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate prospective parent leads through field marketing and local outreach
* Call prospective parents individually, explain the school’s offerings, and encourage them to visit the campus
* Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into school visits and admissions
* Visit nearby apartments and gated communities and build relationships with Facility Managers, association members and community influencers
* Coordinate promotional activities, workshops, stalls and events in residential communities
* Build referral networks with existing parents, former parents and other local contacts
* Connect with preschools, activity centres, tuition/coaching centres and other potential referral partners
* Support open houses, campus visits and admission events
* Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, walk-ins and admissions
* Work towards weekly and monthly admission targets
* Coordinate with the school admissions and marketing team
Candidate Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Comfortable with telecalling and field marketing
* Willing to travel locally for apartment and community visits
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Previous experience in school admissions, education marketing, real estate sales, field sales or telecalling is preferred
* Knowledge of Manikonda, Puppalguda, Narsingi and nearby areas will be an advantage
