We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Professional to manage and enhance customer relationships for our shoe manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer databases, analyzing customer interactions and supporting sales and marketing efforts to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
- Track customer interactions, orders and feedback
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
- Analyze customer behavior and generate reports for management
- Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales support
- Support marketing campaigns through customer segmentation and outreach
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of customer information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, customer service or sales support (shoe manufacturing experience preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
