Compliance and Labor Laws
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Managing statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other employee benefits (where applicable).
Training and Development
- Identifying training needs.
- Coordinating workshops and skill development programs.
- Tracking employee training records.
Required Skills:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
