Role Overview
Responsible for driving life insurance business through client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling, while providing suitable insurance solutions aligned with client financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance business through existing and new client relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI, retail, and corporate clients.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and premium targets.
- Drive cross-selling through wealth, investment, and distribution channels.
- Coordinate with insurance partners for policy issuance, servicing, and renewals.
- Ensure regular client follow-ups and relationship engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, MIS, and business reports.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal compliance policies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2–8+ years of experience in life insurance / BFSI sales
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and advisory
- Existing client network preferred
- IRDAI certification preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
