Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and selling IT products, software solutions, and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Present and demonstrate IT products, software solutions, and services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with technical and support teams for successful project implementation.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fresher – 5 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
Strong understanding of IT products, software applications, cloud solutions, and technology services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
