Job Description – Accountant & Telecaller
We are looking for a professional and responsible Accountant & Telecaller to manage accounting operations along with client communication and lead handling. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records, invoices, billing, GST data, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle accounts receivable/payable and maintain accurate financial reports.
- Connect with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
- Handle qualified leads and explain company services effectively.
- Attend client discussions and meetings confidently and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with clients regularly and update lead/client records.
- Resolve client queries politely and provide proper support.
- Coordinate with management and clients for smooth communication and business growth.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and accounting processes.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
