### *About the Role*
We are looking for an *experienced HR Manager* to oversee end-to-end HR operations for our client, a reputed hospital in *Kotputli, Rajasthan*.
This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for HR professionals with healthcare/hospital sector experience.
### *Key Responsibilities*
1. *Recruitment:* Manage hiring for medical, nursing, and administrative staff
2. *Compliance:* Ensure statutory compliance, labor law adherence, and hospital-specific regulations
3. *HR Operations:* Handle payroll inputs, attendance, onboarding, exit formalities, and employee records
4. *Team Management:* Support staff engagement, training, and grievance handling in a healthcare environment
5. *Policy Implementation:* Drive HR policies and assist in NABH/JCI or other hospital audits as needed
### *Requirements*
1. *Experience:* Minimum *2–3 years of HR experience*, preferably in *hospital or healthcare sector*
2. *Knowledge:* Must be familiar with *Sharda Act* and hospital HR compliance
3. *Skills:* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
4. *Tech Proficiency:* Good command of *MS Excel*, *ChatGPT/AI tools*, and job portals for recruitment
5. *Language:* *Good English proficiency* – written and spoken
6. *Location:* Must be *open to relocate to Kotputli, Rajasthan*[mandatory]
*Note:* Healthcare/hospital HR background is mandatory. Candidates without hospital experience will not be considered.
