Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Support Intern who will assist in coordinating placement activities, supporting students in job readiness, and connecting them with potential employers. This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR, recruitment, and student career support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students regarding interviews, job openings, and placement activities
- Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Support students in resume building and profile optimization
- Maintain and update student and placement records in CRM
- Communicate with hiring partners and share suitable candidate profiles
- Track student progress and placement status
- Assist in conducting mock interviews and training sessions
- Ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA, HR, or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or placement operations
- Basic understanding of IT roles and job market (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment
- Knowledge of resume screening and candidate coordination
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
