Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in selecting suitable properties, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and follow up on sales leads. - Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements. - Conduct property presentations and site visits. - Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Negotiate and close property sales. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Requirements: - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and sales abilities. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
