Job Summary
We, at . . . Ellipsis Group, Comprising Keiyan MEP, Frontier Furniture & Touchwood Interiors, are seeking a dynamic and experienced analytical Project Director to head our dynamic team. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful projects from initiation to completion. This role involves take-up ownership of client relationships, driving business development, controlling project operations, monitoring site activities, preparing commercial proposals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Ownership
o Develop, own and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and stakeholders.
o Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress, requirements, and resolve issues.
o Identify business opportunities and support business growth through strategic planning and client engagement.
o Analyze project performance, costs, profitability, and operational efficiency to support business decisions.
o Oversee day-to-day project and site operations, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.
o Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and overall project performance.
o Coordinate with design, procurement, accounts, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
o Review and approve project quotations, cost estimates, BOQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
o Negotiate commercial terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
o Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
o Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
o Prepare and present project status reports, MIS, and performance reviews to management.
o Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve organizational goals.
o Value engineer projects to achieve mas-profitability.
Required Qualifications:
ü Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
ü Master's degree or PMP certification is an added advantage.
ü 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or infrastructure industry.
ü Proven experience in handling multiple projects and client accounts.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
