Job Overview
We are looking for a Accountant to manage financial planning, cost control, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in analyzing costs, improving profitability, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cost sheets, budgets, and financial reports
- Monitor and control operational and production costs
- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and filings
- Conduct variance analysis and suggest cost-saving measures
- Support internal and external audits
- Develop financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports
- Coordinate with different departments for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Requirements:-
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/costing
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
