We are looking for a passionate and innovative *Blockchain Developer* to work on *Education-based projects (B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD level)* along with *R\&D initiatives and real-time blockchain applications*.
The candidate will be involved in *developing cutting-edge blockchain solutions, contributing to **innovation-driven R\&D projects, and participating in **Technology Expos and product showcases. This role provides exposure to **academic research, decentralized application development, and real-world blockchain implementations*.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop *blockchain-based applications* for education, R\&D, and real-time use cases.
* Work on *academic projects* (B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD) and support blockchain-based research solutions.
* Contribute to *innovation projects* showcased in *Technology Expos*.
* Develop and deploy *smart contracts* and decentralized applications (dApps).
* Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and APIs.
* Work on *real-time blockchain projects* including fintech, supply chain, identity systems, etc.
* Ensure *security, scalability, and performance optimization* of blockchain systems.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in *blockchain technologies and Web3 ecosystem*.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Blockchain Development
* Strong understanding of *blockchain fundamentals* and distributed systems
* Experience with platforms such as:
* Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon
* Proficiency in *smart contract development* using:
* Solidity, Vyper
Web3 & dApp Development:
* Experience with:
* Web3.js, Ethers.js
* Knowledge of wallet integration:
* MetaMask, WalletConnect
* Understanding of *decentralized storage* (IPFS, Filecoin)
Programming Skills:
* Proficiency in languages:
* JavaScript, Python, Go, or Java
* Familiarity with backend development using:
* Node.js, Django, Flask
Cryptography & Security:
* Understanding of:
* Cryptographic principles
* Consensus algorithms
* Blockchain security best practices
Development & Deployment:
* Experience in deploying applications on:
* Testnets and Mainnets
* Familiarity with:
* CI/CD pipelines
* Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Ability to build *scalable and secure blockchain solutions*
Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work *independently and in a team*
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Strong interest in *research, innovation, and emerging technologies*
Educational Qualifications:
*B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD* in:
* Computer Science
* Information Technology
* Blockchain / Cryptography
* Or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in *academic or R\&D blockchain projects*
* Exposure to *real-time blockchain implementations*
* Participation in *hackathons, innovation programs, or tech expos*
* Knowledge of *DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or Web3 ecosystems*
* Experience in *building production-ready dApps*
