Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
* Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable services.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
* Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred for Digital Marketing Agency:
* Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development services.
* Experience in selling digital marketing services to businesses.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
