- Customer Assistance: Greet walk-ins, understand their lifestyle and visual needs, and guide them in choosing the right frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
- Frame Fitting & Adjustments: Take facial measurements, adjust frames for a comfortable fit, and perform minor, in-house repairs.
- Sales & Upselling: Promote premium products, lens coatings (e.g., anti-glare, blue-cut), and contact lens accessories to meet or exceed individual and store targets.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, track orders, maintain stock registers, and coordinate with optical laboratories for prescription lens fitting.
- Vision Screening: Conduct basic pre-screening tests (like visual field or retinal imaging) and assist optometrists during eye examinations.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the showroom, displays, and optical equipment clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
