- Manage all insurance and TPA-related operations in the hospital.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for cashless approvals and claim processing.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of insurance claims.
- Handle claim rejections, denials, and resubmissions.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and approvals.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, and front-office teams for smooth claim processing.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare insurance-related reports and monitor claim status.
- Address patient and insurance queries professionally.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in hospital insurance/TPA operations is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
