About the Role
FixandFurnish LLP is looking for a Back Office Associate to support our furniture assembly and after-sales service operations. The role involves coordinating with customers and technicians, updating service records, managing CRM data, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers regarding furniture assembly, installation, and service requests.
- Communicate with technicians/carpenters to assign and track service jobs.
- Follow up on pending jobs and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Update customer, technician, and job details in the CRM system.
- Maintain and manage operational data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Monitor service requests and update job status regularly.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service operations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Qualification
- Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in back office operations, customer support, telecalling, or service coordination will be preferred.
