We are hiring a Receptionist for our Study Visa Consultancy office. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, attending calls, greeting clients, and managing daily office coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Make follow-up calls to leads and prospective students
- Schedule appointments for counselors and visa team
- Maintain student inquiry records and office data
- Respond to basic client queries regarding study visa services
- Coordinate with counselors and filing department
- Manage emails, documents, and front office activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Confident in handling calls and client interaction
- Positive attitude and professional personality
- Freshers can also apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
