Looking for an experienced Telecaller / Visa Counsellor for our office in Vadodara. Candidate should have experience in cold calling, lead follow-up and client handling. Knowledge of visa process / overseas consultancy preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Cold calling & follow-up with leads
* Explain visa services to clients
* Handle enquiries and conversions
* Coordinate documentation
* Maintain client records
Requirements:
* 1 to 5 year experience in telecalling / cold calling preferred
* Visa / immigration experience preferred
* Good Hindi & English communication
* Basic computer knowledge
* Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
