About the Role
Ready Kitchens & Consulting is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial kitchen and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial kitchen industry and possess strong technical as well as on-site project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior and commercial kitchen projects.
- Prepare, review, and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits across Delhi & NCR to monitor project progress and quality.
- Ensure projects are completed within the defined timeline and budget.
- Supervise on-site installation and execution activities.
- Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth coordination among stakeholders.
- Monitor material quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Project Management, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or commercial kitchen industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to understand and review 2D & 3D drawings.
- Strong knowledge of project execution and site management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi & NCR for project execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in restaurant, cloud kitchen, café, or hospitality project execution.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- Company-provided conveyance for official site visits.
