- Perform routine inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
- Repair and maintain electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, lighting, appliances, locks, and furniture.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to hotel schedules and standards.
- Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Maintain swimming pool systems, generators, pumps, and fire safety equipment where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when required.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Assist in renovation and improvement projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
