Job Description:
Cloud Engineer he/she will be part of IT cloud team which provides support, solution and infra related development for business. This team is responsible for supporting our customers and internal teams in delivering cloud-based solutions.
. Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP cloud operations in an enterprise environment.
. Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) include disk management, file system management, Linux process management, AD integration, Booting Issues.
. Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/GKE), and cloud networking.
. Good understanding and experience in handling IAM permissions in secured way.
. Good understanding of Terraform and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
. Practical experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tools.
. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
. Working experience in Backup and recovery.
. Working experience in Azure/GCP cloud environments, including incident management, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance.
. Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to Azure: VMs, VNETs, VPN, Load Balancers, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure Storage, App Services. GCP: GCE VMs, VPC, GKE, Cloud Functions, Interconnect, and other core GCP services
. On time response to incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets in an ITIL-based environment.
. Performing root-cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
. Providing day-to-day support for Linux servers, including system health checks, patching, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
. Support IT infrastructure components including networking, routing, firewalls, and load balancers. . Handling operational tasks in microservices-based environments including: AKS / GKE clusters, Docker containers, Serverless services (Azure Functions / Cloud Functions.
. Working experience in cloud networking operations such as VPC/VNET configuration, Subnetting, Hub-and-Spoke connectivity, VLAN & routing troubleshooting
. Support the automation of deployments, configuration management, and routine tasks using Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI, gcloud CLI
. Working experience in maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Cloud Build, Git-based workflows).
. Perform daily monitoring of cloud resources, workloads, and alerts.
. Generate operational health reports, performance summaries, and incident documentation.
. Support cloud security operations, IAM policy reviews, and incident remediation activities.
. Follow security best practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
. Maintaining accurate and updated SOPs, KB articles, and operational runbooks.
. Continuously improve process, system and bring in more automation possibilities.
. Willing to work in Shifts from Office.
. Part of 24/7 to handle the CloudOps Activities
