Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II, Expat & Project Accounting on the Expatriate & Project Accounting team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the US team in preparing process deliverables for expatriate accounting activities.
- Preparing forecasts for expatriate costs and billings based on assignment agreements.
- Performing variance analysis across actuals, plan, and forecast, and summarizing key drivers for stakeholders.
- Preparing and publishing periodic financial results, management reports, and ad hoc reports within agreed timelines.
- Preparing journal entries, assisting with report validation, and maintaining process documentation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role within a multinational organization.
- Experience in general accounting.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis concepts.
- Experience preparing forecasts, variance analysis, financial reports, and journal entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work in an 11 AM to 8 PM shift.
Preferred:
- CA Inter or ICWA Inter.
- Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or another automated accounting system.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase or a similar reporting tool.
