Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Coordinate with oncologists, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teams for patient management.
Attend medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment.
Ensure timely documentation of case sheets, discharge summaries, and treatment plans.
Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment and follow-up care.
Adhere to hospital protocols, NABH standards, and infection control practices.
Pay: ₹20,695.58 - ₹78,447.44 per month
