We at MEHTA SANGHVI & ASSOCIATES (MSA), have an urgent job requirement for a Chartered Accountant (CA) Partner with our firm. We are a Chartered Accountancy Firm servicing more than 150 members of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, MSEI, CDSL and NSDL.
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong interest and experience in Capital Markets to join our CA firm as a Partner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian capital markets ecosystem and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop client relationships, lead assignments and contribute to the growth of the firm's Capital Markets practice.
This is a long-term partnership opportunity for a CA who is looking to build and grow a specialised practice within a professional CA firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stock brokers, Trading Members, Authorized Persons, listed companies and other market participants.
- Lead and supervise assignments relating to NSE, BSE, SEBI and other capital-market regulatory requirements.
- Undertake audits, inspections, compliance reviews, risk assessments and advisory assignments for capital-market entities.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, internal controls, governance and operational processes.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the capital-markets ecosystem.
- Manage client engagements from business development through execution and delivery.
- Represent the firm before clients and relevant stakeholders wherever required.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Prior experience in Capital Markets / Securities Market / Stock Broking / Investment Banking / Financial Services / Regulatory Compliance / Audit & Assurance will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and stock exchange framework.
- Experience with or exposure to Trading Members, Stock Brokers, Authorized Persons, listed entities or other capital-market participants would be an advantage.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and leadership abilities.
