Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Manager to manage and expand our partner network, drive sales, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with existing Bus Operator and generate new sales.
- Drive sales of company offerings including POS devices, fintech products, and telematics solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard bus operators.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain strong client engagement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales funnel updates
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or relationship management
- Experience in mobility, transport, fintech, insurance, or telematics industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally
