Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and explain company services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain and update customer records
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Preferred:
- Candidates from nearby locations (Karukutty, Angamaly, Athani, Nedumbassery, Kalady, and surrounding areas)
