Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant – Billing to join our Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in accounting and billing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing details, supporting documents, and customer information.
- Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with data entry and accounting entries .
- Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare billing reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely billing.
- Organize and maintain billing and financial records.
- Support the Accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree .
- experience in Accounts or Billing (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
