Hiring for Planning Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities with site engineers and project managers
- Track project progress, schedules, and work updates
- Prepare project reports, MOM, DPR, and documentation
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor material requirements and site coordination
- Maintain project records, drawings, and approvals
- Assist in billing, BOQ tracking, and project planning activities
- Ensure proper communication between departments and site teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and project coordination
- Good communication and follow-up skills
