Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; English communication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
