As Sales Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind our sales team's performance and client growth strategy. This is a leadership role that blends hands-on sales with team management - you will be responsible for setting targets, nurturing high-value corporate relationships, closing complex group bookings, and keeping your team energized and focused. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in the travel or leisure industry and leads with both data and people skills.
Key Responsibilities
› Create Sales Strategies: Design clear, actionable sales plans for the team to hit monthly targets and find new ways to grow the business
› Manage Clients & Corporate Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporate companies, and event planners to secure repeat group bookings
› Handle Negotiations: Lead the closing of high-value deals and corporate negotiations to get the best price while keeping clients happy
› Understand Reports & Revenue: Regularly check sales data and revenue reports, and use those numbers to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
› Motivate the Team: Keep the team energized, excited, and focused through daily support, coaching, and positive encouragement
› Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and brand alignment
Qualifications & Experience
› Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
› 3 - 4 years of proven experience in sales and team management
› Experience in the travel, tourism, or leisure industry is highly preferred
› Track record of closing high-value B2B and corporate deals
› Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
