Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assembly line operators and daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Maintain product quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, machines, and materials.
- Follow and implement safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Maintain production reports and daily output records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and HR departments.
- Train new employees on assembly processes and work instructions.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and housekeeping in the production area.
- Identify process improvements for better productivity and efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
