About the Role
Malgotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives to support the expansion of Malgopay's Royalty Partner (RP) network across India.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential Royalty Partners, explaining the business model, conducting presentations, managing follow-ups, and assisting prospective partners throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential Royalty Partners through various channels.
- Explain the Malgopay business model, growth vision, and Royalty Partner opportunity.
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with interested prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and potential partners.
- Follow up with qualified leads and assist them throughout the onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly partner acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with management regarding onboarding activities and regional expansion plans.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to brand growth.
Royalty Partner (RP) Program
- Royalty Partners play a strategic role in supporting Malgopay's business expansion initiatives.
- Candidates will be responsible for presenting the RP opportunity to interested business professionals and entrepreneurs.
- Guide prospects regarding eligibility, onboarding requirements, partnership structure, and associated benefits.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and relationship management of Royalty Partners.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Sales, Franchise Development, or Partner Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to interact with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in startup ecosystems, franchise sales, channel partnerships, or business consulting will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Self-driven and ambitious mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
