ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring performance and efficiency
2. Develop and expand procurement categories with a strategic sourcing approach
3. Manage procurement P&L, including cost control, budgeting,and driving savings to improve margins
4. Manage procurement and sourcing of products, including imports and supplier negotiations.
5. Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
6. Introduce new products aligned with company strategy and participate in product development.
7. Optimize costs, monitor supplier performance, and maintain quality standards.
8.Streamline procurement and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
9. Set procurement KPIs and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.
11. Recruit and manage procurement staff as needed.
Mandatory Prerequisites:
Experience in consumer product purchasing
Experience in handling procurement categories
Ability to lead a team with KPI & KRA management
Basic understanding of P&L, cost control, and budgeting
Experience in vendor negotiation and sourcing (including imports)
Good understanding of inventory and demand planning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
