Hiring: Senior Project Manager – US Construction Projects
Location: Gurgaon (100% Work from Office)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and support large-scale US construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong construction project management experience, team leadership capabilities, and exposure to the US construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning through execution and successful completion.
- Handle project management activities including change orders, submittals, project coordination, and documentation.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Maintain project records, quality standards, and project controls.
- Support client communication and project delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with international teams and support US-based construction projects.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
- Strong experience with change orders, submittals, and project coordination.
- Minimum 4–5 years of team handling or supervisory experience.
- Exposure to the US construction sector.
Hands-on experience with:
- Revit
- Navisworks
- Bluebeam
- Procore
- MS Office
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech (Engineering)
- B.Arch
- MS in Construction Management
- Strong leadership and project execution capabilities.
- Stable career history with at least 2 years spent in each organization.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with reputed construction or engineering firms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with international clients, particularly US-based clients.
- Project Management certifications or industry affiliations.

AECOM, Ramboll, Systra, Egis, Jacobs, Atkins, WSP, Sweco, Mace, Arup, Fluor, Bechtel, Stantec, Vconstruct, WD Partners, JLL, Honeywell, Tata Consulting Engineers, Dar Al-Handasah, and similar reputed construction/engineering firms.
