Job Overview
Kautilya Two20 is looking for a skilled and site-focused Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at our under-construction residential project in Shilaj, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-rise residential execution, quality control, and contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plaster, and finishing works as per approved drawings
- Check Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and verify reinforcement before concreting
- Conduct quality checks including slump tests, cube tests, and line-level checks
- Record measurements and verify contractor RA bills
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and raise material indents on time
- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, and site contractors
- Ensure site safety practices and maintain proper site documentation
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in residential / high-rise construction preferred
- Must have handled at least 1 complete residential project (structure to finishing)
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Familiarity with IS codes and standard construction practices
- Candidates living in or near Shilaj (Bopal, Ghuma, South Bopal, Science City, Thaltej) will be preferred
