As a Customer Success Executive at Tesseract Learning, you will be the go-to person for our KREDO LMS/LXP customers - guiding them from their very first day on the platform through to long-term success. You will help customers understand what KREDO can do, make sure their teams are actually using it and ensure they are getting the outcomes they signed up for.
This is a great first role if you enjoy a mix of people skills, technology and problem-solving and want to grow fast in a high-energy, customer-facing environment.
What You Will Do
Help customers get started well
1. Be part of the onboarding journey for new KREDO customers, from the initial handover to first successful use
2.Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions and demos for customer teams
3.Help customers set up KREDO to match their specific learning goals and workflows
Be the face of KREDO for your customers
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for the customers you manage
2.Build genuine relationships with HR, L&D and admin teams at client organisations
3.Check in regularly to see how things are going and spot issues before they become problems
Keep things running smoothly
1.Develop a strong working knowledge of the KREDO platform - its features, settings and capabilities
2.Coordinate with our Product and Tech teams when customers report issues or need support
3.Track customer usage and flag accounts that may need extra attention
Be the customer's voice inside Tesseract
1.Collect and share feedback from customers with our internal teams
2.Help identify patterns in what customers ask for and suggest improvements
3.Support initiatives that make the KREDO experience better for everyone
Drive engagement and adoption
1.Monitor how actively learners are using the platform and help customers improve participation
2.Conduct refresher sessions when teams need a boost
3.Help customers connect platform usage to their actual training and business goals
What We Are Looking For
Must have
1.A degree in any discipline - fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
3.A genuine interest in working with customers and solving their problems
4.Comfort with technology - you don't need to be a developer, but you should be someone who picks up new tools quickly
5.Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
6.Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Good to have
*1–2 years of internship or work experience in a customer-facing, support, or coordination role
*Exposure to any SaaS product, EdTech platform or LMS - even as a user
*Experience conducting training sessions, webinars or product demos
